Vendor Registration
We have recently updated the way we collect and store vendor information, and currently are updating our vendors list to make it easier for couples to contact you directly.
Please complete our vendor registration form. The form will ask for:
- Business name and contact details
- ABN
- Public Liability Insurance Certificate
Once your form and documentation have been received you will not need to provide additional copies until they have expired.
Venue Information
Wedding Day Vendor Access Hours:
7:00am – 10:00pm
Vendors must ensure bump in, pack down and departure occurs within these hours unless otherwise arranged with the venue.
Parking:
Vendor parking is available onsite. Please follow all venue signage and staff direction when arriving at the property.
If you are bringing large installations, catering equipment, or specialty vehicles, please note this in the form so our team can assist with planning access to the venue.
